| Laser Vision Correction Testimonials |
Dear Dr. Bluestein,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the highly successful LASIK surgery that was performed on my eyes. As you may recall, when I came to you as a patient, my eyesight was in a delicate condition due to previous RK surgery performed elsewhere. My sight has now been improved to 20/20 in both eyes, and I suffer little or no side effects.
The LASIK surgery was painless, and full recovery for me was within 24 hours. I only wish that I would have chosen you as my doctor and the LASIK surgery as the treatment the first time. You have been extremely helpful and considerate from my initial visit through my final checkup.
Again, thank you for your work. I would be happy to talk to any one of your patients considering this surgery.
Sincerely,
James B. Curry

As a professional in the service industry (I am a mortgage broker), I am keenly aware of the necessity of customer service and product quality. Following my experience with you and the Bluestein staff, I feel compelled to extend a hearty thank you. Rarely I have received the quality attention and care I received while under your supervision. Specifically:
• My vision is perfect. I went from not being able to see (literally) 18” in front of my face to perfect 20-20. Colors are both more vibrant and sharper.
• The pre- and post-operation attention at your office is distinctive I am convinced that attentive preparing of the eye for surgery and caring for it following the procedure assists with properly correcting vision. Your staff was vigilant that I follow instructions and kept on schedule.
• Everyone in the office was incredibly helpful, kind and pleasant to interact with - a true pleasure.
• I was initially very concerned with having eye surgery, but following our consultation where I was walked through each step, I felt very comfortable proceeding with the procedure. The procedure itself was short and upon reflection, I wish I had done this much earlier in my life. Financing the procedure was very helpful and appreciated.
I have been a strong advocate for your office with my family, friends and colleagues. Thank you for this service and thank you far my vision - my life has been changed for the better.
Kindly,
James Sumpter

Dear Ettaleah,
I wanted to take another opportunity to thank you for all you have done for me and my family. I know that I thanked you verbally previously, but I wanted to thank you in writing because I have been so pleased with the caring treatment that you have provided us. It is hard to believe that it is almost two years since you performed my LASIK corrective vision surgery. Initially my expectations were only to wear less thick glasses and to maybe be able to see the alarm clock in the morning. My expectations were overwhelmingly surpassed by the results that I have received. Having just turned forty, I not only had problems with distant vision but now was having problems with my-near vision. Both of these are corrected to the point where I can see both near and far perfectly without glasses. As an ear; nose and throat surgeon who often -performs microsurgery, I was a bit apprehensive to change my operative visualization. I was so reassured that you spent multiple preoperative visits testing my vision and providing me with some choices as to how I would see better postoperatively. So, I have come a long way from initially expecting only thinner glasses. Now I brag about my perfect vision, enjoy water sports and swimming much more, and I see a clear benefit in the operating- room.
Once again, I would like to thank you not only for your expertise as a refractive surgeon but for the extra caring that means so much to me. As we also discussed previously; I would like you to feel free to have any one of your patients contact me pre-operatively if they would like to speak with a very satisfied patient.
Sincerely,

Dear Dr. Bluestein,
Sorry I have taken so long to let you know how wonderful my new vision has been. It has allowed me to enjoy my grandchildren with complete abandonment and see their beautiful faces at all times. Simple things like preparing for work, putting on make-up, fixing hair, driving and reading have been so easy since I no longer need glasses. I am completely satisfied.
I want to take this opportunity to let you know just how much I appreciate the excellent care and attention you and your staff provided to me. I felt like you were concerned for me as an individual and managed my care in mediately made me feel at ease and I have professional judgment and expertise. As a with physicians on a daily basis I am well are how important it is for patients to have confidence in their doctors, especially when surgery is required. You are definitely the prima donna of ophthalmology in my book.
Thank you,
Marie R. Daniel

Dear Dr. Bluestein and Staff,
I am overwhelmed with Joy and Thanksgiving over my new vision! Today is the first day after having LASIK and I drove to your office with 20/20 vision! Thank you so very much for all the patience, love and understanding exhibited by yourself and your staff. I am truly the “nervous type” and everyone went out of their way to comfort me and cheer me on!
When I woke up yesterday morning it was the first morning in 35 years that I did not have to reach immediately for my glasses. It is a miracle for me to read and drive without my contacts.
You came very highly recommended by my Father and several of his acquaintances. I have heard many patients speak so highly of your work and studies with LASIK. People I meet at Church and in the community always comment on what a wonderful person you are and how much they enjoy coming to you!
I believe God has given, you such great talent to help people and my family and I can’t thank you enough for all the kindness, lave and compassion you have shown us. May God always bestow rich blessings on you and your family. May the compassion and joy you show others return to you multiplied.
With Great Appreciation,

Dear Dr. Bluestein:
I would like to thank both you and your staff for the care, understanding and patience you gave to me in connection with my “Custom Cornea” laser eye surgery. I can’t tell you how much it means, after wearing glasses for 35 years, to be able to see so clearly. Every day I am amazed at not only my 20/20 vision, but at the crispness of my vision. I knew going in that you felt you could restore my vision, but never realized how clear things would be. I was never able to achieve this kind of clarity with glasses or contacts.
Additionally, the level of rare and understanding you and your staff give your patients makes the whole procedure easier. I was probably one of the most nervous candidates you have treated. You and your staff spent the extra time to calm me down. I don’t think many doctor’s would, be willing to stay to see a patient late on a Friday, after your staff went home, just to make sure the patient wouldn’t be worried all weekend. That meant more to me than I can tell you.
Again, I want to thank both you and your wonderful staff for making this a fantastic experience that has truly changed my life.
Sincerely,
Susann Butler

To Whom it may concern,
Like everyone else today, I’m caught up in the day to day hustle: I find it hard to take the time to do anything outside of work and family. So it is no surprise that I have always neglected my eyes. I took for granted that my sight would always remain the same. Of coarse, I found this not to be true. My sight had diminished to the point that I was unable to do things I had always .enjoyed. I noticed that I now needed binoculars for hunting and fishing I could no longer distinguish facial features until the person was dose to me. The worst was driving at night I could no longer read any road signs. I finally gave in when my drivers license came due for renewal. My wife had already visited Dr. Bluestein and was completely pleased. I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Bluestein offered me a new laser procedure that is customized for each individual eye. The procedure was quick and the entire staff kept me calm and comfortable. Several boom later I already could view improvement As the days passed my vision got better and better. All of the problems had before were now gone. What really surprised me were the little things. I now noticed leaves on trees With incredible definition. When I returned for the follow-up appointment I discovered that I now had better sight than I have had my entire rife.
Dr. Bluestein and her entire staff were very professional and comforting throughout the entire process. Dr. Bluestein evaluated my sight and offered several options to repair my problems. She customized a plan to maximize the best resells. Dr. Bluestein and her staff spent extra time to answer all my questions and put all my concerns to rest, During the actual process they made every effort to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. Later the entire staff worked to keep up with my recovery and make sure that I still had no further concerns. I would highly recommended Dr. Bluestein and her staff to anyone for this procedure. If your sight has developed to be less than desired, I believe that Dr. Bluestein and her staff can offer a solution to best Improve your individual situation.

Dear Dr. Bluestein,
When I came to you to have my We surgery, I did not doubt that you could help me see. What really happened is that I now have vision I never even imagined. I only wear reading glasses, and at my age, that is normal. The procedure was painless and the care that I got from the whole staff was nothing short of amazing. You and your staff really seem to care about your patients. That is hard to find at medical practices these days.
I have told everyone I know how great this procedure is and where to go. Thank you so much for all you have done for me, and other members .
Of family and friends.
